Its owner, Mr. Nguyen Van He, is an artist and a war items collector. You may be curious and interested in learning the history behind his collection of Vietnam War items, such as canteens, zippo lighters, soldier headgears and etc.
Hè was born in Hoa My, formerly a war zone. During his childhood, he earned his living by picking metal craps of war items and he deeply understood the sorrow caused by war to his people.
As a small museum of the war remnants, Hè Cafe has become a unique place for visitors who are interesting in witnessing the weapons, equipments and items from the war time. Here we can share the memories of war time and more respect the value of peace. |
